This module aims to help students to understand the concepts of communication, both verbal and non-verbal and how people behave and communicate in different situations. Throughout the semester, different assignments are given to the students, aiming to demonstrate and teach students about the principles of communication and behaviour in analyzing interaction with others, both at individual and at group levels.

Although the basic concepts and theories of effective public communication are taught on a weekly basis, students were also required to present their findings and opinions to the class through presentations. These sessions are conducted by our module's lecturer, Ms Thivilojana, who will evaluate the students ability on how they address the public and convey their ideas in a clear and confident manner. As such, this module allows a student to fully equipt himself or herself to communicate effectively in public.
