Creative thinking Skills

Creativity is seeing what others has seen, but thinking what no one else have not thought.

This module aims to develop students’ critical thinking and idea generation abilities through the investigation and application of a wide range of thinking skills and techniques. The lessons taught in the lecture throughout the semester is based on a book called Zig Zag. It is a book written by Keith Sawyer. In his book, he has come up with 8 steps that he said can improve one's creative thinking. The 8 steps are:

1) Ask                          2)Learn

3) Look                        4) Play

5)Think                        6) Fuse

7) Choose                   8) Make

 

Lead by Charles Sharma Naidu, Sufina Abu Bakar, Delliya Mohd Zain, Fu Yen Huei, and Iffa Mohd Nayan, students will learn to be creative and think deeper with assignments given, making students more prepared for the obstacles in the competitive and challenging industry after graduation.
